Last week, the Immerse Safety team – Georgia, Beth, Carly and Emma, came together for our first full team meeting 
Reviewing current and upcoming projects.
Aligning priorities for the remainder of 2025.
Setting the tone for teamwork & communication.
We also took some time to get to know one another better, by exploring our Myers-Briggs personality types to strengthen collaboration and self-awareness as we grow (we have an Executive, a Defender and two Protagonists on the team 
)
This meeting marked an exciting milestone; the start of a connected, values-driven team, as we prepare for a strong finish to 2025 and an even more ambitious 2026.
