As part of our continued commitment to providing practical, relevant health and safety training, we’re pleased to now offer a dedicated one-day Risk Assessment course.
Designed for anyone responsible for carrying out or reviewing workplace risk assessments, the course provides a practical and structured approach to identifying hazards, assessing risks and implementing effective control measures.
What will the course cover?
Throughout the course, delegates will develop the knowledge and practical skills to:
- Identify workplace hazards and assess risks using a structured approach
- Understand health classifications, hazard labels and pictograms.
- Use of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Workplace Exposure Limits (WELs).
- Select and implement suitable control measures using the hierarchy of controls
- Produce suitable and sufficient risk assessments with confidence
The course is practical and designed to give delegates the skills they can take straight back into the workplace and apply.
