Join us for Construction (Design & Management) CDM Regulations 2025 Awareness training. This course provides awareness training for employees who engage with projects where the CDM Regulations apply.
Objectives:
To understand the applications of Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the CDM regulations, as well as Schedules 1, 2, and 3.
Course Content:
- Why we should manage health and safety on CDM projects (including the legal, moral and financial arguments for health and safety).
- What is ‘construction’ under the CDM Regulations.
- Duty holder responsibilities, including Client (Domestic and Commercial), Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Designer(s) and Contractor(s).
- The importance of planning and preparation on construction projects. This includes key documents, like F10 Notification, Health and Safety File, Pre-Construction Information, and Construction Phase Plan.
- The General Principals of Prevention and management of risk.
- How to ensure a safe construction site which complies with the CDM Regulations.
Assessment: The course requires learners to sit a multi-choice consolidation assessment.
