Team Expansion at Immerse Safety

We are delighted to welcome Louise to the Immerse Safety team as our Business Manager.

In this role, Louise supports a range of key business functions, including the day-to-day operational running of the company, strengthening and developing client relationships, enhancing internal systems and processes, and supporting the wider team with resourcing, coordination, and performance.

Louise brings a strong sense of leadership, organisation, and care to everything she does. With extensive experience in business operations, alongside a solid background in administration and client relationship management, she understands what it takes to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes while ensuring clients feel fully supported and valued.

Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to build positive, lasting relationships make her a fantastic addition to the team as we continue to grow.
