Join us for Construction (Design & Management) CDM Regulations 2025 Awareness training. This course provides awareness training for employees who engage with projects where the CDM Regulations apply.
Objectives:
To understand the applications of Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the CDM regulations, as well as Schedules 1, 2, and 3.
Course Content:
Why we should manage health and safety on CDM projects (including the legal, moral and financial arguments for health and safety).
What is ‘construction’ under the CDM Regulations.
Duty holder responsibilities, including Client (Domestic and Commercial), Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Designer(s) and Contractor(s).
The importance of planning and preparation on construction projects. This includes key documents, like F10 Notification, Health and Safety File, Pre-Construction Information, and Construction Phase Plan.
The General Principals of Prevention and management of risk.
How to ensure a safe construction site which complies with the CDM Regulations.
Assessment: The course requires learners to sit a multi-choice consolidation assessment.
