Join us for Construction (Design & Management) CDM Regulations 2025 for C-Suite / Executives training. This course provides awareness training for individuals in leadership roles who have influential control over, or lead teams within, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) 2015 projects.
Objectives:
By the end of this course, learners will be able to understand the purpose and application of the CDM Regulations, as well as developing strategies to enhance leadership influence and drive a strong health and safety culture on projects.
Course Content:
Why we should manage health and safety on CDM projects (including the legal, moral and financial arguments for health and safety).
What is ‘construction’ under the CDM Regulations.
Duty holder responsibilities, including Client (Domestic and Commercial), Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Designer(s) and Contractor(s).
The impact of leadership styles on safety performance, and developing a positive safety culture at board level.
Risk-based decision making at the executive level, including integrating health and safety into corporate governance and project planning.
Assessment: Delegates will complete a multi-choice consolidation assessment at the end of the course to reinforce key learning points and ensure understanding.
